Each case we offer is customized especially for you, therefore we do not issue refunds after the order has been processed unless your order was damaged in shipment.

If you decide to cancel your order after we've started working, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $20.00, or if you fail to submit your proof response within 15 days, you will be charged a design/cancellation fee of $20 for the initial proof, plus $5 for each proof revision, solely for the purpose of covering the time necessary to prepare your card.  The remainder of your purchase price will be refunded to your credit card.
